We are now ready to receive your recipes.
Please submit these recipes by email as a word document.

Please double check them to make sure you have all the ingredients listed properly as a mistake here
can turn a great recipe into a disaster!
Please ensure that your recipes abide by
the rules:
COMMUNITY COOKBOOK RECIPE RULES
The recipe needs to
- contain at least one ingredient produced locally in the Nangiloc/Colignan/Iraak district, or
- be a favourite recipe, one you are known for
FAST FOOD and PRACTICAL FOOD for busy people are qualities we will be looking for but not essential.
If you have many recipes only send a few of your best to start with and make a note that you have more available
EVERY HOUSEHOLD has the opportunity to contribute a recipe to this book – it is a Community Cookbook – you may not cook but you may have a FAMILY FAVORITE you can contribute Don’t forget to include your NAME when you send in your recipes
